The JK Fitness Boot Camp program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. Includes: dynamic stretching and running, interval training, lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of aerobic routines to help reduce body weight, body toning, and many health benefits.
